Job Description
Lighting Plan Analysis: Interpreting and reading lighting plans sections elevations and lighting details to ensure proper understanding of project scope.
Accurate Takeoffs: Performing precise quantity takeoffs for luminaires accessories and LED drivers ensuring accuracy for budgeting and procurement.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Conducting thorough cost estimation and budgeting for lighting systems balancing cost efficiency and quality.
Sales Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with commercial objectives providing necessary support during the sales cycle.
Manufacturer Coordination: Coordinating technical and commercial details with lighting manufacturers to ensure correct product selection meeting client budget availability and lead times.
Commercial Quotation Preparation: Preparing detailed commercial quotations and offers for project material proposals.
Submittal Preparation: Compiling and preparing comprehensive lighting submittals including product data sheets compliance documents test certificates and installation guidelines.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in lighting design software (e.g. DIALux AutoCAD) and the ability to use these tools to develop accurate plans and calculations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
