As a Consultant in Organization & Culture Transformation you will be challenged with complex organizational issues which you translate from strategy to execution in collaboration with the client or vice versa scaling execution to organizationwide digital transformation.  

There is no lack of subject matter expertise within Sopra Steria! As a Consultant in Organization & Culture Transformation you work closely with Sopra Steria experts and the client during transformation projects.
