In the role of Security Chapter Lead and Head of Security Office you will provide
strategic leadership within our bidimensional matrix organization focusing on
safeguarding the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure systems and data.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Security Office overseeing the
development and implementation of robust security policies practices and
controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will
collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams across squads to integrate
security seamlessly into all aspects of our operations and development lifecycle
ensuring proactive security measures are in place.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in information
security with proven experience in security strategy governance operations and
compliance. You should have a deep understanding of security frameworks
standards and best practices such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework CIS Controls
and OWASP Top 10. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will be managing
and influencing crossfunctional security teams in a dynamic and fastpaced
environment. Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision
making abilities are critical for effectively driving security initiatives and fostering a
culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
With experience in information security roles demonstrating a track record in
developing security strategies leading security operations and ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements. Your experience should also include
managing security incidents and breaches conducting security assessments and
implementing securitybydesign principles in IT systems and applications. Strong
analytical skills and a strategic mindset will be crucial for evaluating and mitigating
security risks effectively.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:
Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CISA) are a plus.
Proven experience (min 10 years) in information security with a focus on security strategy governance operations and compliance.
Strong understanding of security frameworks standards and best practices (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity Framework CIS Controls OWASP Top 10).
Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional security teams in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
