Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced React Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React.js modern JavaScript frameworks and team leadership. You will be responsible for leading the development of scalable frontend applications mentoring a team of developers and ensuring highquality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers ensuring best practices and coding standards.
Develop test and deploy scalable web applications using React.js JavaScript and TypeScript.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including backend developers UI/UX designers and product managers.
Architect and implement state management solutions using Redux Context API and React Hooks.
Ensure code quality through unit testing integration testing and code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and drive innovation in the development process.
Manage project timelines deliverables and technical documentation.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Expertise in React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Handson experience with Redux React Hooks and Context API.
Solid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest Mocha or Cypress.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
