You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur Compliance Officers serve as the first line of defence against financial crime protecting clients and their customers from fraud money laundering and related threats. Partnering with one of Germanys leading digital banks youll engage in the fastpaced world of AntiFinancial Crime (AFC) where youll support AntiMoney Laundering (AML) compliance counterterrorism financing KYC processes and fraud prevention. Each day youll analyse reports handle calls from external parties monitor account activities and flag suspicious patterns contributing significantly to financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.
In this role youll manage incoming reports draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the swift handling of potential risks. Youll be essential to the AFC strategy from freezing and unfreezing accounts to enhancing transaction monitoring systems and collaborating on complex cases. Additionally youll play a key role in managing customer account cancellations and processing payouts when required. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will help streamline processes and reduce risk giving you the chance to build strong crossfunctional relationships and further your expertise in financial compliance and risk management.
