Job Description

Our Customer Service Officers utilise Microsoft Office to drive our clients business operations. As a Microsoft Office expert your role will be to leverage the full suite of Office applications to keep business processes running smoothly. You will utilise tools such as Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and OneNote to streamline workflows enhance communication and optimise efficiency. By effectively deploying Microsoft Teams SharePoint and OneDrive you will facilitate seamless collaboration and file sharing. Your expertise will ensure that client workflows are not only maintained at peak efficiency but are also continuously improved to support their strategic goals.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or a relevant equivalent
  • Experience: entry level to 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Languages: Dutch & French (required) English desirable
