Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver diverse projects in embedded software and/or electrical engineering ensuring topnotch results and efficient processes.
- Serve as the key link between clients and internal teams fostering collaboration to move projects forward.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on the next steps processes and best practices for achieving project goals.
- Create the conditions for longterm innovation and technological development.
- Collaborate within crossfunctional teams to approach challenges holistically and deliver sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Background in software and/or engineering.
- Solid understanding of product development processes project models and the various stages of development.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum Kanban Jira etc.
- Ability to manage crossfunctional collaboration and communicate complex ideas effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive problemsolving mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for project and change management.
