What you will do
As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be joining the Revenue Operations team at Funnel. We collaborate with Funnels revenue teams such as; Marketing Sales Support & Services and Customer Success across all of our international offices to help meet Funnels growth goals. As a member of Revenue Operations you will have a varied role working across many different business areas to make improvements solve problems and identify opportunities for the company.
You will help us to:
Lead and manage projects aimed at identifying and solving process challenges and driving efficiency improvements across Funnel
Collaborate with Funnels leaders to give input on strategy & tactics and lead the implementation of these
Act as a central point of collaboration across Funnels revenue teams ensuring alignment facilitating crossteam communication and encouraging shared goals
Design and build efficient and robust CRM processes to support the growth and effectiveness of our revenue teams
Develop automations to help revenue teams become more efficient and remove manual work
Collaborate within Revenue Operations to build more robust process & automation solutions and ensure system & data integrity
Collaborate with our Revenue Enablement team to ensure process adoption
Your experience:
Previous experience in operations is preferred. Eg. a role in sales business development customer success or marketing operations
Alternatively you could also have a background in sales or marketing where you have extensive relevant experience with CRM management process design and/or automation
Experience in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Fluency in verbal and written English (Swedish is not required)
Great if you also have:
Experience in an automation tool such as Zapier HubSpot Workflows or similar is preferred
Experience in Javascript HTML or Python is not expected but a great bonus!
Project management experience is highly valued
