Job Description
Role: Tennis Coach
Location: Working on location throughout the Caribbean
Salary: This is a self employed role $3900 per month accommodation flights food & laundry included
Explora are searching for a Sports Coach to join the team in a very exciting new position responsible for the successful delivery of
sports activities and events onboard an industryleading Cruise Ship. Explora are committed to delivering industryleading activities
and events raising the standard of sports activities in the travel sector.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Leads and delivers high quality coaching to guests with varying abilities
- Plans fun engaging and safe tournaments and sessions to relevant age groups
- Explains and enforces health and safety rules and regulations
- Performs regular inventory and upkeep of all equipment and supplies
- Performs regular health and safety checks of all sports facilities
- Planning and Coordinating the onboard schedule
- Drives the creation development and delivery of sports and activities for passengers
- Monitors session insights using feedback to drive a culture of improvement
- Continuously evaluates processes and procedures and updates when and where necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies
- Supports the development of new products and ideas
- Liaises with onboard representatives to optimise session delivery
Maintains daily
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role: Minimum L2 Tennis coaching qualification relevant degree desirable
- Proven track record in coaching various sports and activities to a high standard
- Experience in multitasking projects ability to problemsolve
- Language skills are desirable
- IT skills such as MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook or MAC proficient

Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years coaching experience
- Management experience is desirable
- Experience in the travel sector is desirable
- Minimum of 21 years old
