Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements budgets and forecasts
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement
Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
Collaborate with the management team to develop financial strategies and plans
Oversee the daytoday operations of the finance department
Train and mentor junior finance staff
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in the marketing or communications industry is a plus
