About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Project Engineer to join our Auto Parts Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formation of crossfunctional teams for new projects.
- Organization and reporting of review meetings at various project stages as well as followup on decisions made during these meetings.
- Collection and archiving of input and output documents at each project stage.
- Tracking and summarizing key milestones such as delivery and acceptance timelines OTS (OffTool Sample) completion and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) completion times.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree or above with over 3 years of work experience; proficiency in English and Hungarian is required and fluency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in using office software.
- Familiarity with the products being manufactured and an understanding of basic process characteristics.
