you will play a key role in enhancing coaching programs and improving overall employee performance. You will be responsible for monitoring procedures identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement and maintain highquality service across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development: Delivery of quality standards and processes across operations.
Advisor Feedback: Give clear and helpful feedback to advisors so everyone follows the process and delivers awesome service.
FollowUp Chats: Join meetings to talk about what were seeing in quality checks and how we can level up.
Reports: Share insights and data for our monthly reports spotting trends and areas to improve!
Calibration Sessions: Jump into monthly calibration sessions to keep things fair and consistent.
Accommodation support: Help with the relocation process and free accommodation provided for the first month!

Fluent level of the Norwegian language (C2)
Good English (at least C1) both verbal and written
Good Organization and Time Management Skills
Ability to Make Fair and Consistent Judgments and Decisions
Ability to Solve Problems and Offer Suggestions
Must Hold EU Citizenship or Valid Work Permit for Greece
Bachelors degree or previous experience as Quality Analyst
