Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support Excellence: Handle inbound inquiries via phone assisting Croatianspeaking clients with booking accommodations and resolving any travelrelated issues.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues on our platform to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships by delivering personalized service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately document customer interactions to improve service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Croatian with excellent English proficiency (C1 level).

Training and Onboarding:

- Comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
