Job Description

Role Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking.
  • Present and sell a range of IT products and services including software hardware cloud solutions and managed services.
  • Understand clients business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for sold solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
  • Attend industry events conferences and seminars to network and promote the companys IT offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions including software hardware networking cloud computing and managed services.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to nontechnical clients.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a clientfocused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
