Role Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking.
- Present and sell a range of IT products and services including software hardware cloud solutions and managed services.
- Understand clients business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for sold solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Attend industry events conferences and seminars to network and promote the companys IT offerings.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions including software hardware networking cloud computing and managed services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to nontechnical clients.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a clientfocused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
