Job Description
- Assist the team to ensure all campus heating and cooling equipment operates as should
- Perform routine PMs on equipment.
- Assist with repairs to current equipment and new equipment installs.
- Complete all work in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team selfmotivation adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Comfortable regularly using computers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills is a plus.

Additional Information :
Position is fulltime Monday Friday 2:00pm 10:00pm On rotating maintenance oncall schedule.. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply. Will train on an earlier shift for an extended amount of time.
