Context Overview
At Vialink now part of the Signaturit Group our mission is to simplify and secure our clients digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding customer verification and contract signing. As part of a scaleup in the RegTech space we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security electronic signatures and fraud prevention. Our Vialink 360 platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:
- Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
- KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning
What you will do at Signaturit
Discovery:
- Study and understand the challenges in our target sectors analyze regulatory changes in our target markets and translate these trends into product opportunities.
- Analyze competitors from a functional perspective.
- Translate business strategy into product vision.
- Validate the value of features based on business opportunities and product vision.
- Collaborate in the creation of product roadmaps with Product Owners (PO) and Product Design.
Designing the Offer:
- Write HighLevel specifications for product developments needed to address market and business challenges
- Define the value proposition positioning of the offer in the markets messaging and key differentiators.
- Set pricing and monitor the products profitability. FollowUp:
- Define objectives and KPIs by features/products. Monitor sales performance and customer adoption (sales usage) for new and existing offerings and propose productrelated actions accordingly.
- Manage product partnerships (research managing relationships with partners and suppliers).
Internal Support:
- Train internal teams (Sales Customer Success Management and Client Support) in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Support Product Marketing (participation in the communication strategy and promotional actions for the product).
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management ideally within a B2B SaaS software company.
- Strong customer focus to understand market needs. Skills:
- Experience with Product Management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (minimum C1 level).
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Attributes:
- Teamoriented and enjoying collaborative work.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to effectively prioritize requests.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
