Job Description
Customer Service Daily Task/ Nhim v hng ngy ca CS
- Receive Test Request Form (TRF) directly from customer or sales staffs then compare all related information with the actual sample receipt at our lab to ensure all information are correct and match to each other before updating in internal system/ Nhn phiu yu cu kim nghim t khch hng hoc t cc nhn vin sales & i chiu vi mu nhn c nhm m bo thng tin trn TRF v mu ging nhau trc khi nhp liu vo h thng.
- Transfer checked samples and related TRF to relevant lab divisions (SL physical lab/ Chemical lab/ Footwear lab/ Subcontrators etc)/ Chuyn mu v phiu yu cu kim nghim n phng cc phng lab lin quan (c l/ ha/ giy/ nh thu ph v.v)
- Issue quotation to customer coordinate with sales staff to get approval (if needed) before informing to lab to go ahead test process/ Gi bo gi cho khch hng hoc phi hp vi nhn vin sales lin quan ly xc nhn (nu cn) trc khi thng bo cho lab tin hnh kim nghim.
- Follow up with labs to ensure test results are released on time as mentioned in TRF (Normal/ Express/ Priority service)/ Theo di vi cc phng lab lin quan chc chc ngy tr kt qu kim nghim ng nh yu cu v cam kt vi khch hng (dch v thng dch v nhanh dch v u tin)
- Complete typing reports ensure it has been well reviewed and send to customer as scheduled/ Hon tt bo co m bo bo co c kim tra k m bo tnh chnh xc v gi cho khch hng theo ng thi hn yu cu v cam kt.
- Cooperate with lab technicians report checker to clarify any technical issue for further consult and feedback to customers when necessary / Phi hp vi cc k thut vin trong lab bo co kim vin v cc vn lin quan n k thut t vn phn hi cho khch hng khi cn thit.
- Ensure related invoice daily weekly monthly summary is issued and sent to customer on time after jobs is completed/ m bo ho n bo co tng hp ngy tun thng c pht hnh v gi cho khch hng ng hn sau khi kim nghim hon thnh.
- Support to follow up the debt collection to ensure meet target of companys DSO/ H tr thu hi n t khch hng nhm m bo t c DSO ca cng ty ra.
Sales Function/ Nhim v bn hng
- Received new inquiry and consult to customer about companys service/ updated regulations related to customers products/ H tr v t vn khch hng i vi yu cu mi bao gm t vn dch v cng ty cp nht cc qui nh lin quan n sn phm ca khch hng.
- Maintain good relationship with loyal customers include local & global ones to keep them continuing using our service by fast responsive feedback and fast effective support to them/ C gng duy tr mi quan h tt vi khch hng trung thnh gm c khch ni a v quc t bng cch h tr phn hi yu cu ca khch nhanh chng nhm m bo h tip tc s dng dch v ca cng ty.
- Support GKAM/ Local KAM/ Line Manager in other assigned tasks/ H tr GKAM/ KAM ni b/ cp qun l trc tip cc nhim v c giao khc.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from College from major of business administration economics public administration or related/ Tt nghip Cao ng tr ln chuyn ngnh qun tr kinh doanh kinh t hnh chnh cng hoc lin quan
- 2 years experienced in Customer Service is an advantage/ C kinh nghim t nht 2 nm trong Dch v chm sc khch hng l mt li th
- English: Reading Document Writing and Speaking Average level. / Ting Anh: c hiu ti liu vit v Ni ting Anh tt.
- Work independent team work and Microsoft office skill/ Lm vic c lc lm vic nhm v k nng vi tnh vn phng
- Good communication is in advantage/ Giao tip tt l mt li th.
