Job Description
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleanup work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.
- Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork.
- Follow all safety regulations and policies as mandated by the company.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) suggest revisions as needed.
- Prepare and document work plans job hazard analysis job safety analysis code required forms checklists LOTO and internal procedural documents as required.
- Inspect circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Advise immediate direct report of job progress and material/labor requirements and communicate tasks performed.
- Perform routine PMs on equipment.
- Assist with repairs to current equipment and new equipment installs.
- Complete all work in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team selfmotivation adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Comfortable regularly using computers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills is a plus.
- Must have previous Facilities experience.
- Must be comfortable with power tools.

Additional Information :
Position is fulltime Monday Friday 7:00am 3:00pm and will be required to be on a rotating maintenance oncall schedule. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
