Job Description
- Responsible for Jabodetabek and surrounding area.
- Handling and interpreting Distributor & Shops requirements and needs.
- Developing longterm relationships with Distributor & Shops.
- Persuading Distributor & Shops that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality price and delivery.
- Fulfilling sales target that had been set by Company.
- Have the ability to collaborate with related departments within the Company to achieve the target.
- Providing presales technical assistance product education and aftersales support services.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows conferences and marketing events to the Distributor.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Technical Engineering (more preferable Civil or Architecture).
- At Least 2 years experience preferably from building materials or related industry.
- Selfmotivated and driven to exceed targets while effectively managing time and priorities.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
- Willingness to travel beyond the Jabodetabek area.
- Dynamic aggressive and enterprising personality with ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
- Have a valid Driving License (SIM A).
