Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting intuitive engaging and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research interviews and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Analyse user behaviours needs and pain points to design solutions backed by data and research.
- Develop user personas journey maps and scenarios to inform design decisions.
- Design userfriendly interfaces and experiences for digital products (web mobile apps etc.).
- Create wireframes mockups prototypes and highfidelity designs using tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback testing and user insights.
- Build interactive prototypes using tools like Invision Marvel or similar platforms.
- Conduct usability testing to validate designs and improve user experiences.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain effective communication to explain design decisions and align project goals.
- Collaborate in an agile fastpaced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Stay updated with design trends tools and best practices.
- Maintain a strong focus on problemsolving and attention to detail to deliver polished designs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in design or related fields.
- 2 years of handson experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Invision Marvel or equivalents.
- Basic understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fastpaced agile environment.
- Passionate about usercantered design and creating impactful digital experiences.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and improve continuously.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills including wireframes prototypes and final designs.
