Tasks

1. Managing Opportunities

  • Keep track of leads and prospects using tracking spreadsheet to stay organized and efficient.
  • Follow up with prospects profiles to ensure personalized and informed sales interactions.
  • Maintain and manage a Calendly calendar to schedule and organize Zoom meetings with prospects.

2. Closing Deals

  • Conduct Zoom calls with prospects to present solutions address objections and close deals effectively.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative approach and persuasive communication.

3. Reporting and FollowUp

  • Draft detailed EndofDay (EOD) reports to track key performance metrics and provide updates on sales progress.
  • Document outcomes next steps and followup actions to maintain momentum with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and refine closing techniques for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales
  • Proven experience closing multiple sixfigure deals
  • Selfmotivated and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Familiarity with sales psychology
  • Basic proficiency with tools like Calendly Zoom and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail for managing followups and reports
  • Ability to track and analyze sales data effectively
