Job Description
As a Senior Affiliate Account Manager you will be responsible for planning executing and reporting performance campaigns. You will also work alongside the marketing conversion and creative team to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.
Reporting to the Affiliate Manager UK you will be part of the Affiliate team focusing on our UK activity particularly for our Foxy and Gala brands.
This role requires someone who is analytical technical creative and passionate about the digital advertising ecosystem. If that sounds like you then we would love to hear from you!
What you will do
Strategy and Planning
- Responsible for planning coordinating analyzing and optimizing partner performance including impact on KPIs. E.g. FTDs CPDs pNG Conversions Rates etc.
- Ideation and creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and interaction.
- Identify new opportunities to scale activity. Translate them into media plans considering previous performance and upcoming Sport events and/or Gaming Propositions around payday cycles.
- Continue monitoring of channel performance/budgets.
Marketing Effectiveness
- Accountable for the daytoday performance of our largest Affiliates (T1s).
- Contribute ideas & run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to analyze and improve performance against business KPIs.
- Ensure all Affiliates tracking is implemented correctly so media spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports. Present findings results and recommendations on campaign strategies target groups and creative efficiency.
- Coordinate creative assets and landing pages request. Report back performance insights to creative studio and brand marketing team to keep improving creative efficiency.
- Promptly flag performance drops identify possible causes and execute correction.
Innovation
- Leading the roll out and implementation of Affiliate projects related to technical specialism e.g. improving Affiliate platform features BI measurement reports automation.
Qualifications :
- Experience working with Affiliates.
- Significant handson and strategic online sports and gaming experience.
- Technical experience working with affiliate platforms (e.g. Mexos Income Access)
- Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyze and use data efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to engage and collaborate within a large organization.
- Solution focused and able to thrive in a resultoriented high paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
- Highlevel proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
