Job Description
As a Tech Lead will autonomously oversee the endtoend delivery of a crossfunctional team collaborating closely with the Product Owner (PO) to plan and achieve desired outcomes while reporting results. This role involves ensuring highquality technical contributions addressing risks and fostering a sustainable and efficient delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of complex projects ensuring predictability quality and efficiency. Track and report on all deliveries and NonFunctional Requirement (NFR) metrics.
- Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Product and Development counterparts to proactively identify and address technical and architectural risks including system downtime and data security issues.
- Design Accountability: Actively participate in design reviews and hold accountability for system designs within the team.
- Tradeoff Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate scope speed and quality tradeoffs with the Product Owner.
- Team Guidance: Transform complex projects into individual responsibilities and collaborate with team members to create detailed execution plans. Monitor team pace and instill a sense of urgency while preventing burnout.
- Mentorship: Mentor engineers primarily Software Engineers I and II and assist in their development and career management including performance reviews and promotions.
- Recruitment: Engage in the hiring process conducting interviews and assisting with headcount planning.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively share knowledge through workshops and advisory sessions and participate in crossteam technical initiatives.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- .Net Expertise: Proficient in .Net and frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Web Services: Strong background in RESTful APIs and web services.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS Azure or GCP.
- DevOps Tools: Knowledge of CI/CD Gitlab
Qualifications:
- Extensive software development experience particularly in .Net.
- Proven leadership in delivering complex projects.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of scripting (Python/Bash) containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
