Job Description
Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and leading impactful transformation projects across global facilities As a Transformation Quality Engineer youll be at the heart of our mission to ensure seamless product and process transfers. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager youll work closely with crossfunctional teams coordinating quality initiatives analyzing metrics and implementing best practices that enhance our operations worldwide.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical or qualityfocused roles preferably within large multilocation organizations.
- Quality Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of QMS processes ISO 9001 and quality management tools such as Control Plans Kaizen FMEA Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Systems.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in influencing coaching and building effective crossfunctional relationships.
