The Role
The Conference department from Bosch Security and Safety Systems is looking for an enthusiastic intern!
Our team is dedicated to developing advanced conference products designed to facilitate structured and efficient meetings. We focus on creating tools and solutions that enhance communication streamline collaboration and ensure that every meeting is productive and organized. By leveraging cuttingedge technology we aim to provide users with a seamless experience that supports clear agendas effective time management and meaningful interactions making each meeting more impactful.
We are looking for support in developing our microphone products. Are you studying Mechanical Engineering Product Design or comparable education and looking for a challenging and internationally oriented internship For our team located in Eindhoven we are looking for a motivated intern to test and optimize our innovation!
Your Tasks
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance performance durability and user experience;
- Document test results analyze data identify issues/areas for further improvement;
- Ensure all technical documentation is accurate clear and meets the requirements for tool making and manufacturing processes;
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

What You Bring:
- You are currently studying Mechanical Engineering Industrial Design Product Design or a similar direction;
- You have the competency in drawing and modelling in 3DCAD;
- You have the competency in product testing and problemsolving;
- You are proficient in Dutch and English verbal and written;
- You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months preferably longer;
- You can work at our office in Eindhoven;
- You are based in the Netherlands preferably in Eindhoven.
What distinguishes you:
- You have experience with CREO;
- You have a strong interest in building microphones audios or acoustics products;
- Good communication skills
- Strong motivation;
- Creative mind and a good organizer;
- Team player and able to work independently;
- Proactive and not afraid to take charge;
- Open attitude suitable for an internationally oriented environment;
- You are interested in and/or have an affinity with technical products.
