Job Description
- Serve as the PPUDon(Dongguan Purchasing dept) Product Purchasing Manager for DonP (Dongguan plant)related product groups throughout the complete product life cycle.
- Hold responsibility and accountability for the Purchasing deptwide strategy quality and target costs for the relevant product groups.
- Act as the DonP contact interface for purchasing (commercial & quality) to ensure a consistent message is conveyed to the purchasing community.
- Manage escalations within DonP for purchasingrelated issues (Quality Cost Delivery QCD).
- Prepare present and align product strategy and material field strategy with MT/PPU .
- Define the purchasing strategy for each product group considering Time to Market (TTM) and Value Stream (VS) targets.
- Hold target and disciplinary responsibility for PPUDon product buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers.
- Lead the RPP activities within DonP (including creation implementation and crossfunctional cooperation).
- Challenge and support material field buyers to achieve the best material field costs.
- Lead the PPUDon team in organizational matters personal development and competency improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a technical field.
- Over 8 years of leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in project development and management.
- Proficient in the SAP system.
- Familiar with the industrial market and manufacturing processes.
- Strong social competence with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Target and future oriented.
- Clear agile mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
