What will you be doing
Step into the fastpaced world of electric vehicles with ALTEN LTD! Were seeking a Junior Power Electronics Engineer to work on nextgeneration driveline components including inverters and ACDC/ACAC systems for cuttingedge automotive applications. This role places you at the forefront of innovation ensuring the reliability and safety of power electronics in highperformance electric drivetrains. Collaborate with experts in the field conduct rigorous testing and play a critical role in shaping the future of automotive technology.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Failure Mode Analysis: Conduct Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify and address risks during early product development.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) standards maintaining toptier quality for driveline components.
- Testing and Validation: Create and execute comprehensive Design Verification Plans (DVP) to validate the performance and reliability of power electronics systems.
- Functional Safety: Apply ISO26262 standards to incorporate functional safety in the design and development of electric drivetrain components.
- Driveline Expertise: Leverage knowledge of electric drives automatic gearboxes and transmission systems to enhance overall driveline efficiency and performance.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Manage and present test plans while coordinating with stakeholders (software hardware and rig teams) to deliver successful testing outcomes.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Engineering: Preferably Electrical Electronics or related fields.
- Expertise in Driveline Components: Knowledge of inverters ACAC and ACDC systems is essential.
- Testing and Safety Standards: Proficiency in DVP creation DFMEA and ISO26262 functional safety standards.
- Power Electronics Knowledge: Strong understanding of power electronics and highvoltage systems.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and communicate test outcomes effectively.
