Job Description
As a Principal SDET at Ivy you will oversee the entire testing life cycle of complex projects including test design automation development and production monitoring. Reporting to the Engineering Manager youll enhance automation code structure improve maintainability execution speed and coverage.

What you will do
- Enhance or design automation frameworks from scratch.
- Write review and cowrite test designs and plans.
- Lead POCs for new languages or frameworks.
- Oversee test automation design and code review processes.
- Ensure thorough documentation of test design and architecture evolution.
- Maintain predictability quality and efficiency in squad deliveries.
- Address technical debt and escalate unresolved challenges.
- Prioritize tasks balancing quality technical debt and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in hiring processes.
- Represent Ivy at conferences meetups and in the tech community.
Qualifications :
- Advanced expertise in Test Management Strategy and Design.
- Proficient in creating Test Automation Frameworks.
- Skilled in User Acceptance Testing and IT Risk Management.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and Linux command/DB queries knowledge.
- Experience with crossbrowser testing and cloud device solutions (e.g. Browserstack LambdaTest).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g. Java JavaScript C# Python).
- Experienced in leading large projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Project/Program Management and Software Architecture.
- Knowledgeable in Agile Testing and IT Security Management.
