You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Customer Services Team Leader this role ensure that the candidate carries out duties in accordance with Company Procedures maintaining a high level of awareness and commitment in the Safety Health Environment and Quality aspects of work. In particular carry out all operations in a safe manner utilising appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as specified and complying with all site procedures.
Responsibilities:
Operate speedy effective and accurate order processing according to procedure
Advise customers of prices and discounts in accordance with the current price list current promotions and trade agreements
Provide effective cover for other members of the team to meet business needs
Maintain a tidy safe workplace with up to date record and filing systems
Followup/management of customer queries comply with customer care practices
Provide comprehensive administration of quotations and samples in liaison with sales management
Develop effective working relationships with internal/external customers enhancing own performance and contributing to the development of others
Verify prices for new items within agreed guidelines and/or recommend alternatives.
Distribute low margin reports to appropriate representative and ensure feedback
Maintain regular proactive telephone customer contact with specified accounts
Preparation of own goals and targets maintenance of technical skill profile to meet business needs training others in role duties
Maintain routine communications for activities delegated internally and externally
Qualifications :
Good written presentation and IT skills
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills including telephone skills
Able to accept change and work flexibly to high standards.
