POSITION SUMMARY:
Your role will be essential in bringing your ECommerce expertise to Sika Thailand. As an ECommerce Executive you will report to our Marketing Manager and serve as the primary contact point with our outsourced ECommerce Enabler. Together you will develop Sika EStores on various marketplaces overseeing EStore operations communication sales promotion and customer traffic.
You will be based at the Sika Sales Office in Regent House Lumphini.
Work Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with our outsourced ECommerce Enabler to strategize and implement ECommerce initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the Enabler to manage operations including defining product stock clearance campaigns handling product returns and managing customer service inquiries and FAQs
Marketplace Management:
- Establish maintain and activate Sika EStores on major platforms such as Lazada Shopee Tiktok etc. It includes content management.
- Facilitate triangular cooperation with Enablers Lazada Shopee Key Account Managers.
- Establish and manage Sika EStore on Allkons.
Sales:
- Drive digital sales to meet specified targets while closely monitoring Return on Investment (ROI) metrics including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and marketing fees.
Customer Support:
- Support the growth of existing customers Dealers and Modern Trades for Ecommerce channel by providing engaging content and actively tracking sales performance.
- Conduct occasional followup meetings with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored support.
Marketing Strategy:
- Define and execute the 4Ps tactic (promotion place price product) both on and offsite to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Analyze data and gather intelligence on competitors to identify market trends customer preferences and opportunities for improvement.
Corporate Identity and Communication:
- Ensure strict adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines maintaining a consistent brand image across all ECommerce platforms and communications.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports to the AsiaPacific Regional Team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration Digital Marketing ECommerce IT or related field
- At least 3 years relevant experience in ECommerce
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with ecommerce marketing platforms and tools
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English (B2 level) is a must to grow in a multicultural working environment.
