Job Description
- Perform GL daily/monthly operation with accounting expertise to support periodend closing activities done completely & smoothly. e.g. accrual amortization balance reconciliation clearing account clearance reports etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of data through reconciliations tracking long aging items and clearing.
- Adhere to established financial policies and procedures in daily operations ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for responsible transactions.
- Work closely with team communicate effectively and proactively share information within the team.
- Provide necessary support and data for projects contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement.
- Support audit procedures by providing necessary documentation and explanations ensure accuracy.
- Other tasks assigned by GL team leader and Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
- Over 2 years accounting experience or multiple finance function working experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Attention to detail accountability and a proactive work attitude.
- Strong time management skills and prioritize ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork spirit with analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Well know financial process and system e.g. SAP
- Professional in use of MS Office e.g. Excel PPT Power BI
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English oral and writing.
