Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Join our international C/TXE team as the Manager for Export Control Compliance Organization for Portugal and Spain. You will provide strategic export control insights into current and future business opportunities by anticipating potential risks and implementing effective mitigation measures.
- You will lead the implementation of regional and local processes conduct effective risk management for the Iberia region and establish necessary controls and audits.
- Additionally you will deploy global standards and guidelines in the areas of export controls and sanctions law at the regional level and be responsible for drafting additional national and regional policies.
- As part of a strong network of regional and national Export Control Officers you will collaborate in a multicultural environment and exchange knowledge with experts from around the world.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- University degree in business administration business law or a comparable subject
- 7 years of relevant working experience in export controls sanctions compliance and foreign trade knowledge of sanctions and export control law and best practices
- Structured working and entrepreneurial mindset in an international environment.
- Open flexible and target grouporiented communication skills as well as high level of resilience and assertiveness.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
