Job Description
- During your internship you will actively support the transformation network by independently creating virtual concepts posts and management presentations.
- You will assist in the development and implementation of various organizational development projects.
- In addition you will be involved in the design of new event formats and collaborative workshop concepts. You will bring your ideas to life your input will be valued.
- Furthermore you will be responsible for storytelling in presentations and writing for leadership and change communications.
- Last but not least you will continuously develop the tool landscape especially Microsoft Teams communities and AI guides.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Change Management Communications Media Studies Human Resource Development Business Administration or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint Word Excel and MS Teams); knowledge of photo and video editing; ideally experience in change development and communication
- Personality and Working Practice: a strong communicator who is creative committed teamoriented proactive reliable customer resultsoriented and techsavvy
- Enthusiasm: affinity for all communication channels and new solutions in the AI toolbox; enjoyment of developing UXoriented storylines and designs with ideas for impactful audienceoriented content
- Languages: fluent in English German is an advantage
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
