Working Student Intern at Impact Hub Berlin mfd

Impact Hub Berlinis looking for a Working Student/ Internto ensure the smooth operation and successful execution of projects within the Impact Hub ecosystem encompassing project operations core activities relationship management and ad hoc project management. This role is to support our programmes with assisting in project management event execution and database management and dive into Berlin startup culture through stakeholder management.

Your deliverables

• Join one or more projects as a Project Management work student or intern supporting the project team in successful implementation of the project.
• Conducting local and global venture scouting within our network and others.
• Follow processes and offer onground support in event operations and execution.
• Support the project team in detailed documentation and periodic reporting.
• Take active participation in the projects voice on our social media channels.
• Take on (small) projects and oversee their execution.
• If necessary represent your supervisor in meetings and workshops.
• Conceptualize and prepare presentation materials; created and followup on reports.
• Additional tasks may arise and might be taken on depending on personal interests and workload

Your qualifications and skills

• You are enthusiastic about the work we do here at Impact Hub Berlin and interested in one (or more) focus topics.
• You have excellent spoken and written skills in English (and preferably also German) and know your way around Google Drive formats.
• You are selfmotivated and creative and able to structure your work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passion for innovation entrepreneurship and impact;
• The right to work in the EU and be based in Berlin.
