Job Description

Internship in network infrastructure services operations team

Tasks will include:

Leading and delivering on project for streamlining IT process

Communication with customers stakeholders and operation teams

Develop improvements to processes

Documentation enhancement

Areas for support:

Secure Web Gateway

Qualifications :

Able to work full time for a period of 6 months.

Education in Computer Science / Information Technology or similar related field

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Able to write good documentation

Good knoweldge in networking field
