Job Description

  • Execute EHS roadmap and policies to comply with EHS and legal requirements.
  • Track monitoring of reporting and investigating incidents.
  • Provide support to Factory Manager for both plants on EHS implementation in DOSH DOE due diligence.
  • Lead tool box meeting activities related to EHS.
  • Provide support for Factory Manager EHS committee and work as liaison with EHS related contractors attend training to maintain proficiency in EHS related issues & adhere to all company regulations punctuality attire and discipline. 
  • Steer Emergency Response Team and Emergency Response & Preparedness Plan.
  • Lead continuous improvement rectification activities and projects related to EHS in Bukit Raja.
  • Monitor contractors on site to ensure full compliance to EHS guidelines.
  • Conduct daily safety walks and safety talks with employees in the factories office technical service and laboratories. 

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment preferably chemical. 
  • added advantage if attended trained or competent in Schedule Waste Confined Space Entrant or Scaffolding inspector. 
  • Capable to manage ISO documentation and safekeeping of records. 
  • Familiar with ISO management system and EHS legal requirements. 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment.
  • Motivated independent and selfreliant.
