Job Description
Major Job Responsibilities:
Hydraulic system commissioning trouble shooting in India / outside India
Customer complaint handling
Increasing field service network (Direct / Indirect)
Field service management
KPI tracking and timely completion.
Responsible for Quality safety and 5S related improvements in field service activities.
Internal & external audit handling for field service operation.
Qualifications :
1. Essential Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. tech (Mechanical)
2. Preferred Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Mechatronics)
3. No. of years of Experience required: 35 Years.
Additional Information :
Technical know how of repair & servicing of electro hydraulic components .
Knowhow of M.S Office and other soft skills. Good
communication skills
