- Engaging with Users on a regular basis and collect insights
- Specifying and prioritizing user and market requirements
- Facilitate relevant research studies and concept screeners
- Determines the customer and system requirements (CRS SRS)
- Analyzing internal and external data and identify gaps and opportunities (product / business)
- Create relevant communication content for product launches (incl. go to market)
- Manage current product portfolio requirements (pricing new products ALR competition complexity cost reduction ...)
- Utilize UX and design thinking concepts to develop new products and services in line with overall strategic goals
- Translate ENG concepts into prototypes for iterative testing with Users
- Communicate product application and features know how to expertise areas in an understandable way
- Prioritize which tasks within in the projects and adhere to the processes (PIF)
- Creates sustainable value in its segment in order to achieve TNS EBIT quality targets
Qualifications :
- Functional know how of products and services
- Product portfolio management basics
- UX user research and design thinking skills
- Project mgmt. with process know how (PIF) Marketing & Sales*:
- Marketing and communication competence
- Business management (economics & finance)
- Research and analysis proficiency
- EM market and sales know how Engineering*:
- Mechanical and electronical Eng. competence
- Technical concepts design (prototyping)
