Job Description
We are seeking an EC SuccessFactors Consultant to join our highly motivated and engaged international team. As an SAP HR expert you will play a crucial role in the business interface with the HR user department.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IT expert for SAP HR areas.
- Act as an EC SuccessFactors Specialist.
- Provide consultancy and direct support to HR users.
- Coordinate support topics directly with the vendor.
- Configure SuccessFactors EC based on projects changes or thirdlevel support incidents.
- Offer comprehensive E2E solution knowledge for IT solutions services and products in HR.
- Apply basic project management knowledge.
- Utilize agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with regional solutions teams.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Studies focused on business informatics computer science or comparable education.
Experience:
- Specialist in Employee Central SuccessFactors.
- Experience and knowledge in Hybrid Architectures.
KnowHow:
- Knowledge in SF cross models and platform.
- Comprehensive understanding of E2E solutions in HR IT.
- Basic project management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Languages:
- Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese.
Working Style and Methods:
- Structured goaloriented independent responsible customeroriented.
- Distinct analytical and strategic thinking and acting.
- Excellent moderation and communication skills (able to present complex technical issues to target groups).
Personality:
- Team player with openness to intercultural collaboration.
- Positive proactive pragmatic engaging and reflective.
- Strong communicator.
