Job Description
Responsible to implement maintain and improve the manufacturing process ensure
technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPIs: IDC FOR
Technical Down time.
New product introduction equipment and process definition acquisition validation and
installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes
write material to train technicians and processes for maintenance: Preventive predictive
and corrective.
Qualifications :
SKILLS:
- 5 Years in Test Systems Area
- Knowledge on Bench Top Test Equipment including DMMs high current power supplies
- electronic loads various measurement probes and oscilloscopes
- Experience in the design development fabrication assembly and test of power electronics
- or analog hardware particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space
- environments
- High knowledge on IPC standards IPCA610F
- Preference bilingual EnglishSpanish 75%.
- High Teamwork interaction.
- Knowledge on problem solving techniquesShainin6 SigmaPDCA8D.
- Knowledge on SPC.
- Dealing with conflict and under pressure work.
- Mechanical drawings interpretation
- Good communication.
- Willingness to Travel.
- Depend of the process specific Engineering of Mechatronic Electronic Industrial or Systems
- Metallurgic Chemistry or Electromechanical.
- English intermediate
