Job Description
- Leading and managing the quality engineering function to ensure the highest standards of quality across our products and processes.
- Developing and implementing advanced quality control systems and processes to monitor and maintain product quality ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Utilizing advanced statistical analysis and datadriven methodologies to identify trends patterns and opportunities for quality improvement and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure comprehensive root cause analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including engineering production and supply chain to address complex quality issues drive process improvements and ensure seamless integration of quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Playing a key role in customer complaint resolution ensuring effective investigation root cause analysis and implementation of robust corrective actions to address quality concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development and review of product and process specifications ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and promoting best practices in quality management and engineering.
- Support to the quality management systems in internal or external audits.
- Supports the implementation of corporate and divisional procedures (CDQs AAPDs).
