Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our clients with financial reporting IFRS compliance and IPO readiness. This role is ideal for someone with experience in public company financials strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare annual & quarterly financial statements and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A).
- Assist with IPO readiness & SEC/regulatory compliance support.
- Research and interpret IFRS standards providing practical recommendations.
Accounting & Financial Management:
- Manage cost accounting budgeting and financial projections for clients.
- Support equity and debt financing accounting under IFRS.
- Collaborate on ERP system upgrades and integrations (preferred but not required).
Client & Team Collaboration:
- Work directly with clients to ensure highquality financial deliverables.
- Provide guidance on financial reporting best practices.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or foreign equivalent.
- Experience in public company financial reporting & IFRS.
- Strong understanding of debt/equity financing and complex transactions.
- Ability to research and interpret accounting policies independently.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in the mining sector (preferred but not required).
- Prior involvement in IPO preparation or M&A transactions.
