- Manage the entire project for the Interior Sensing System (ISS)
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer interactions
- Plan and track project schedules
- Manage project costs and resources
- Make necessary decisions to achieve project goals and issue instructions to component leaders
- Coordinate engineering activities across component development teams
- Ensure fulfillment of technical system requirements

Required Experience & Skills
- Project management experience in series projects
- Automotive product development experience
- Businesslevel communication skills in Japanese and English
- Basic knowledge of ADAS
- Ability to initiate and coordinate discussions with customers and internal teams

- Challenging spirit and drive to pursue new ideas
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in electrical or mechanical development
- Software development experience
- Basic knowledge of image processing or millimeterwave sensors
