Job Description
Responsible for SAP initiatives and improvement projects introduction ensure to be
alignment with Bosch initiatives and new technology to improve material and information flow at Celaya Plant Lead and support warehouse and panning procedures and strategies deploy and promotes BPS (Bosch Production System) Initiatives and overall standards witting the logistics organization support all Celaya Plant warehouse initiatives support EDI (connection suppliercustomer ) problems.
Qualifications :
International Commerce Bachelor Degree Logistics Engineering Industrial Engineering or International business.
1. Responsible for solving and prevent SAP issues.
Coordination of cross functional project teams to ensure seamless logistics innovation
initiates of new projects in Celaya Plant.
Coordinated and followup EDI (connection suppliercustomer ) implementation for suppliers & customers.
SAP codification for supplier w/o EDI (connection suppliercustomer ) contract (SupplyOn app)
Solve all issues related with EDI suppliers and customers.
Establishment of a supportive relationship with logistics & BPS for new projects
introduction.
Follow up timeline to follow up projects.
Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of the projects.
Fast and effective implementation of lessons learned to improve implementation processes.
2. Responsible for all activities related with SAP.
SAP advance knowledge.
Support logistics team in SAP improvement projects (ex. Query development).
Reduce planning workload via queries or improvement activities.
Solve customer label issues
Other skills and Knowledge:
- Applies Project Management standards.
- Applies problemsolving tools.
- Reports project status to different management levels.
- Coordinates projects with crossfunctional groups
- Participates and support quality and environmental policies and plant goals
- Moderates Improvement activities / workshops. Initiative curiosity and willingness to drive change.
- Target and result oriented (quick and effective entrepreneurial mindset)
- Strategicanalytic skills (e.g. Excel databases)
- MS Office
- Good leadership organizational and communication skills.
