Job Description
VMJP internal digitalization is key to improve efficiency and speed to ensure our continued success.. You will be working in an exciting international and multifunctional environment since our digitalization needs will span all areas of VMJP. We would like to work with you to modernize and enrich VMJP with a variety of appropriate digital solutions.
Task
Managing projects achieving the project goals and being the key contact for all stakeholders
Leading the project core team and developing the project team
Planning controlling coordinating and monitoring projects throughout their lifecycle.
Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews
Reporting the project status to the management
Managing project portfolio of VM/BDOJP
Qualifications :
- IT
- (TOEIC 700)
English version
- Degree in the IT area or mechanical electrical or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in project management (preferable skill)
- Negotiating skills entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Safe appearance and good manners. Presentation skills as well as a high degree of communication and teamwork
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Willingness to lead a team
- Risk management mindset and future orientation
- Capability to discuss in both Japanese and English (Japanese: Native level English: TOEIC over 700)
- Working experience in international teams
