Job Description
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with global product teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market demands. Define and align on product vision roadmap 3rdparty partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Product Development: Work with global product and development teams to create and launch future eBikerelated products and services. Ensure North American user and customer needs well represented.
- CustomerFocused Market Research: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products. Work closely with sales service and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences. Conduct market original research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and development.
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management preferably in consumer electronics cycling outdoor or fitness industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical background ability to understand complex products and collaborate with engineering and development teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for excellent products.

The U.S. base salary range for this fulltime position is $ 80000 $ 95000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
