This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM PST

About the job
We are seeking an Administrator to help manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial office and
retail properties throughout San Diego County.

Position Summary
Under the direction of Office Management the Administrator is responsible for the daytoday
administration and implementation of policies and procedures. To have the ability to initiate simple
tasks and be proactive on assignments without stepbystep supervision. The Administrator is
expected to effectively convey information to management regularly (daily). Management may
assign specific action to complete projects/assignments which will be at the discretion of
management to best meet the needs of the portfolio.

Responsibilities
Responsible for lease administration duties
Follow up schedule maintenance on the entire portfolio
Prepare all aspects of administration duties in the Property Management department
Maintain tenant sales report and percentage rents schedule.
Prepare accounting forms for tenant adjustments.
Maintain interface with the accounting team to ensure total contract compliance including
preparation of accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare contract services to ensure agreement is in compliance with standards respects to
terms including Certificates of Insurance.
Oversee the Certificate of Insurance on Tenants and Vendors
Prepare notices to tenants on all matters assigned
Other duties assigned including special projects as requested by management.

Requirements

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to produce communications and other
materials that are effective and of a professional nature
Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of Outlook Word Excel and the ability to learn
specific software programs as needed; Yardi experience a plus
Selfstarter with strong organizational and problemsolving skills
Must be able to work in a fastpaced teamoriented with multiple deadlines and adapt
readily to changing priorities
