We immediately need a Contract Permanent Recruiter and a Temporary Staffing Recruiter.
We are searching for experienced recruiters interested in full contract work within our Temporary and Permanent Staffing Divisions.
Ideally you run your own small house or want to branch out on your own as an individual recruiter on contract.
You will have at least 3 to 4 years working a 360 or temporary staffing desk with existing clients and candidates.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience as a recruiter.
- Full knowledge of the 360 recruitment cycle
- Full knowledge of how to run a 360 desk and client management
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Excellent CRM and ATS experience
- General understanding on dispatch and assignment of temporary workers and admin personnel
- Experience recruiting in IT Accounting and General Clerical Roles
- Experience recruiting in General Labour warehouse and production staffing
