Job Description

Hey there! DKRs clients are expanding globally. We now service clients across 40 different countries. We are seekingTech Recruitment specilist to join our growing team. This freelance role offers a commissionbased structure meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.


Position: Freelance Tech Recruiter

Location: EMEA

Employment type: Freelance able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates (no base salary!)

Please note you need to be available immediately.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source attract and engage top tech talent for various technical roles
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates experience skills and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
  • Work directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter preferably in a freelance or remote capacity
  • Deep understanding of technical roles skills and market trends
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn GitHub)
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Full availability between 88 MonFri GMT in line with UK office
  • Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10000 connections
  • Great time management responsiveness and organizational abilities.
